Can I use these methods with a free wordpress account? In the past I've tried to embed my games, and wordpress won't allow me to without paying for Wordpress Pro or Business AKA one of the prohibitively expensive plans. This is a deal breaker for me and is basically the reason I abandoned wordpress. If either of these embedding methods would allow me to embed my games on the free plan, I would most likely return to wordpress. Thanks for your time!
